摘要
本文提出了由过程管理与控制、信息模型与接口、系统结构等三部分组成的面向现代制造的信息支持系统。该系统可以针对现代制造系统中不同规模和应用系统范围,动态配置并组成与应用需求相适应的信息系统,系统内的活动与信息的组织受控于过程管理与控制,使不同应用系统之间,应用活动与其信息之间,实现相辅相成的动态性数据信息交换与共享。该信息支持系统可对CIM、CE、IMS、VM等现代制造系统的思想与技术提供支持。
Based on the analysis of features about modern manufacturing system, it is proposed that an information system oriented to modern manufacturing system is composed of three parts: Process management and control, Information model and interface, Architec ture. It is pointed out that the system is an information enabling system. It can adapt to the engineering requirement by configuration and combination. Under the control of process management and control, the actions and data in manufacturing are synchronous. After the discussion of the three parts, it is described that the ideas and techniques concerned to CIM, CE, IMS and VM are supported.
