摘要
在深入研究复杂形状雕塑曲面型腔的粗加工方法的基础上,提出一种合理的平面样本刀位轨迹生成方法和回避凸台的刀位轨迹裁剪技术,给出了型腔粗加工刀位轨迹生成算法.该算法具有稳定、高效的特点,可用于压铸模具加工生产.
The algorithm of rough machining for the pocket composed of sculptured surfaces is deeply studied in this paper. A rational method for generating planar tool path used as tool driving template is put forward and the technology of tool path trimming for island avoidance is given. The algorithm has advantage in aspect of robustness and efficiency, and can be used in mould production.
