摘要 提出了利用模糊PID控制器控制的方法,并设计了模糊PID控制器应用于电加热炉中对炉温进行控制。介绍了模糊PID控制器结构,以及模糊控制规则的生成方法,并且利用MATLAB语言对该控制方案进行数字仿真。仿真结果表明:该方法稳态误差为零,动态响应快,超调量小,有较好的控制效果。 An approach is presented that systems can be controlled in use of PID controller combined with the fuzzy logic, and the controller is designed for application in the electric heating fumance to adjust the temperature in it. The structure and the method of creating principles of the fuzzy-PID controller are introduced. A digital simulation for this scheme is made at the end of the essay by MATLAB language, the results of which show that this method not only has no static distortion, but also has a fast response with little overshoot. The scheme is of good control effect.
