The application of move-scale-deinterlace arithmetic to video surveillance system

摘要 在视频监控领域,画质是整个系统的关键。而在模拟摄像机依然占据着主导地位的安防视频监控中,隔行扫描对画质所带来的负面影响始终没有的到很好的解决。本文在现有算法的基础上,通过大量的实验统计,改良出来一种综合性能较强的反交错算法,并且成功的应用于监控产品之中,取得了良好的效果。 The character of the image is very important in the video surveillance system. In the video surveillance field, the analog camera is still the most important product. And the interlace scan problem have not been solved yet. Based on other arithmetic and lots of experiments, an improved arithmetic is put forward. And the results show that the arithmetic has a good real time quality and the image quality is also good.
