摘要
通过对现有高职教学管理体制的分析和研究,指出实践教学中存在简单理论知识验证的教学方法与职业技能培养目标不相适应的学科制的教学管理体制,提出建立以培养学生职业技能为中心的教学管理体制。在这种体制中,作为能力培养的首席教师,要规划学生培养的过程,实现理论教学与实践教学合一、教师与实验员合一。
Through the analysis and research of higher vocational teaching managerial system at prescnt,this papre points out that there exsits the problem of academic teaching managerial system in practial teaching,which is the teaching method checked by simple theory and knowledge can not adapt to vocational skill training goal,It puts forward the establishment of teaching managerial system to train students' vocational skill as center,In theis system as training students'skill,top teachers should regulate the process of students'training,and realize the combination of theory teaching and practical teaching,teachers and laboratory assistant.
