专题课教学是一项难度较大的教学项目,要求立题新颖,结构合理,有理有据。专题课教学必须结合实际状况、发展方向及面临的新问题,针对学员的思想实际,最终达到既武装学员的头脑,又开阔学员的视野、拓宽学员工作思路的教学效果。
