摘要
简要介绍IC卡各类芯片的基本功能及其应用。并对IC卡芯片的制造、可靠性及加密性做了探讨。
basic function and applications for various chips of IC card are briefly introduced. Some issues for the fabrication,reliability and encryption of the chips are discussed.
