沐舒坦氧气雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的观察及护理

Observation and Care of Mucosolvan by Oxygen Inhalation to the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的：对沐舒坦氧气雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的疗效观察及护理。方法：将我院2007年6月至2008年7月60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。在综合治疗的基础上,治疗组加用沐舒坦每支含盐酸氨溴素15mg,每次15mg雾化吸入,2～3次/d。结果：治疗组总有效率93.33%,对照组总有效率56.67%,两组比较,X2=11.602,P〈0.05差异有显著意义。结论：在综合治疗基础上,加用沐舒坦氧气雾化吸入及周到的护理干预措施改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者疗效确切、操作方便、无痛苦、安全可靠、便于临床推广使用。

Objective： To observe and care the effect of mucosolvan by oxygen inhalation to the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease . Method：From June 2007 to July 2008 - 60 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. On the basis of Integrated treatment, Mucosolvan by inhalation （each containing 15rag ambroxol） were used in treatment group , 2 -3 times per day. Result：The efficient rate was 93.33% in treatment group,and 56. 67% in control group. There were significant differences（ X2 = 11. 602, P 〈0.05） between the two groups Conclusion ： On the basis of Integrated treatment, Mucosolvan by oxygen inhalation and thoughtful care interventions were effective for patients who had chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute serious phase, and which were easy to use, pain -free, safe and reliable for clinical and practical.
