Research on the Construction of Transportation System among Japan,China and Mongolia under the New Situation

图们江地区开发项目自1990年提出并启动实施以来,经过十几年的发展,东北亚各国的交流已取得了实质性的进展。特别是2005年东北亚各国提出的大图们江地区开发与中国吉林省提出的"长吉图开发先导区"构想的结合,将使图们江地区的现代化、国际化走向一个全新的阶段。目前,该地区的基础设施建设已有了长足的进步。为了进一步促进东北亚各国的经济交流与合作,增强图们江地区运输走廊的活力,中蒙铁路的建设成为一个需要解决的现实问题。当今世界范围内的金融危机使该项目的实施受到一定程度的影响,但面对未来逐步扎实地推进是非常重要的。

Since 1990 Tureen River Area development project has been put and start the implementation, through ten years of de- velopment, exchange of Northeast Asia has made substantial progress. Particularly in 2005, the combination of concept of North- east Asia countries＇Great Tureen River Area Development Plan and China Jilin Province＇s Changchun- Jilin -Tunaen forerunner region; which will encourage modernization and internationalization of Tureen River area to a new stage. At present, the region＇s infrastructure construction has made great progress. In order to further promote economic exchanges and cooperation of Northeast Asia countries, and enhance the vitality of Tureen River area transport, construction of the Sino - Mongolian railway has become a problem that need to be addressed. The current worldwide financial crisis impacts the implementation of the project subject to a certain extent, but for future the step by step advance now is very important.
