摘要
发端于20世纪70年代的新贸易保护主义在近年来呈现扩大态势,其利用公平、人权和环境等"合理"名义隐蔽地进行贸易保护,给各国正常的贸易活动造成了巨大障碍,使包括中国在内的很多发展国家遭受损失。运用经济学中的比较静态分析方法,对新贸易保护主义的主要表现形式(反倾销、技术壁垒和绿色壁垒)进行分析,有利于更好的解释新贸易保护主义的动机和经济效用。
New protectionism originated in 1970s, and has expanded in recent years. Some ＂ reasonable＂ names- equity, human fights and the environment- are used by new protectionism, which make normal trading activities between countries suffer a lot, including China and many other developing countries. It is useful for us to understand the motivation and economic utility of new protectionism by using economic analyses on the main forms of it, such as anti - dumping, technical barriers and green barriers.
