摘要
引洮供水一期工程施工用电负荷点多面广,分布极为分散。根据工程区电网建设现状,施工电源采用就近新建35 kV变电站、增容改造原有35 kV变电站,充分利用电网富余容量解决施工供电问题。工程施工总负荷达46.2 MW,分2个电压等级,主供电源额定电压35 kV,配电网络额定电压10 kV。施工供电系统以满足施工用电为主、永久利用为辅的原则进行建设。该系统由12座35 kV变电站、191 km 35 kV输电线路、620 km 10 kV配电线路组成。
During the construction of Tao River Water Diversion/Transfer Project Ⅰ, the electric power load are more at the site with a decentralized distribution. Based on the status of the construction of the power network within the construction area, the problem of the construction power supply is solved with full utilization of the margined capacity of the existed power network, i. e. newly constructing 35 kV transformer substations near the construction points concerned with improving the existed 35 kV transformer substations with increased capacity. The total power load of the construction reaches 46. 2 MW with two voltage levels : the rated voltage of the main power supply is 35 kV and the rated voltage of the power distribution network is 10 kV. The construction power supply system is constructed with the principle of mainly meeting the construction power demand and secondarily operating for the relevant permanent use. The system consists of 12 35 kV transformer substations, 191 km power transmission line of 35 kV and 620 km power distribution line of 10 kV.
