对梯级水库洪水标准的一点改进建议

Suggestion on improvement of flood standard of cascade reservoirs

用现行规范确定梯级水库的洪水标准,实用中存在上下游水库洪水标准不协调的问题。文中建议在确定水电站工程等级时,将水库自身和下游梯级作为防洪对象考虑,弥补了现行洪水标准的一点不足。

During the determination of the flood standards for cascade reservoirs with the existed criteria, the flood standards for both the upstream and downstream reservoirs are inconsistent in the practicality. A suggestion is put forward herein that this deftciency in the current flood standard is made up by the consideration of taking the reservoir itself and the downstream reservoir in the cascade as the objects of flood control（ protected objects）, when deciding the classification of the hydropower stations concerned.
