直线式压缩机用谐振弹簧的刚度设计

摘要 谐振弹簧刚度是直线式压缩机高效运行的关键技术参数,不仅与压缩机驱动系统的激励频率有关,而且还与缸内气体的弹性有关。本文提出了一种非线性气体作用力线性化新方法——描述函数法,推导了缸内气体等效刚度、气体等效阻尼以及气体等效静作用力等表达式,并在此基础上设计谐振弹簧的刚度。理论研究表明:与传统的简单线性化方法对非线性气体作用力进行线性化相比较,描述函数法具有很高的精度。 Resonant spring stiffness is the key technical parameter of linear compressor, which is not only relevant to stimulus frequency of compressor power system, but also relevant to gas elasticity in compressor cylinder. A new method-describing functions method was introduced , which can linearize nonlinear gas force, gas equivalent stiffness expression,gas equivalent damp expression and gas equivalent static force expression in compressor cylinder was deduced, on the basis of which, resonant spring stiffness can be designed. Basic research demonstrates it has high precision that describing functions method linearizes nonlinear gas force, comparing with conventional simple linearization method.
