Design of Test Bench Control System of a Forest Seed Metering Device

林业排种器实验台是林业播种机研发和性能试验的关键设备。主要介绍林业排种器实验台变频调速系统的硬件构成以及基于计算机与变频器之间的串行通讯协议;开发了排种器实验台变频调速系统的控制程序;实现了林业排种器实验台计算机与变频器的串行通讯。

The test bench of a forest seed metering device is a key equipment used for research , development and performance tests of forest seeders. The hardware composition of variable frequency speed control system of the test bench of the forest seed metering device is introduced. Based on the serial communication protocol between the computer and the frequency converter a control program of variable frequency speed control system of the test bench of the forest seed metering device is developed, realizing the serial communication between the computer of test bench of the forest seed metering device and the frequency converter. The computer of the test bench uses MTSO0 series touch screen, which is the human machine interface used for PLC controller, realizing real-time, quick display and control of the test bench and making complex control process easy to operate.
