摘要
以矮牵牛穴盘苗为材料,研究了多效唑在矮牵牛穴盘苗上施用的最佳浓度。结果表明,20.0 mg/L处理的效果最好,与对照相比,可以使株高降低68%,叶片数增加16%,根冠比增大70%,根系活力提高143%。
The best treat concentration of paclobutrazol that used in the petunia plug seedlings was investigated. The results showed that the 20.0 mg/L paclutrazol treatment was the best. Compared with the control, the height of the best treatment was reduced by 68%, the leaf number increased by 16%, the top root ratio improved by 70%, and the activity of root enhanced by 143 %.
