摘要
研究了磷渣细度及掺量对中热硅酸盐水泥性能的影响。研究表明,随磷渣掺量增加,磷渣水泥的凝结时间明显延长;随磷渣细度增加,磷渣水泥的凝结时间先增大后减小;磷渣的掺入未给水泥安定性带来不良影响。在没有添加激发剂的情况下,要使磷渣水泥在施工性能和力学性能方面同时满足工程应用的需要,则有必要降低磷渣掺量至20%左右或更低。随磷渣细度的增加,磷渣水泥7d、14d后干缩率呈V形变化的趋势,且在14d后干缩基本恒定。通过XRD、SEM分析及对磷渣粉磨特性的分析研究了磷渣中热硅酸盐水泥的缓凝机理及强度变化规律。
The effect of fineness of phosphorus slag and content on performance of phosphorus slag moderate heat Portland cement was studied. The result showed that the setting time of phosphorus slag cement prolonged with the slag content increased and fineness increased, and decreased before increased with the fineness of slag incresed, while the soundness of the cement was qualified. In order to satisfy the demands of construction and mechanical without activator, it was necessary to reduce the content of phosphorus slag to about 20% or less. With the increasing of fineness, the ratio of dry shrinkage of phosphorus slag cement at 7d, 14d and 28d showed a "V" trend, and after 14d the dry shrinkage became constant. Also the retardation mechanism and strength of phosphorus slag moderate heat Portland cement were studied by XRD, SEM and the research on grindability of phosphorus slag.
