摘要
冲压系统是玻璃器皿成型压机的关键机构,但目前普遍使用的玻璃器皿压机的气动系统却存在信号传递速度慢、工作不稳定等问题。为此,开发了一套基于Pro/E的新型气液联动冲压CAD系统,该系统利用气液联动装置,通过Pro/TOOLKIT接口程序,构建了压力为45kN的半自动化冲压工作流程,并对其中液压系统的工作性能进行了计算评价。计算结果表明,与气动冲压系统相比较,该系统满足规定的设计要求,工作动态性能有明显改善。
Pressing system is the key constitution of the glassware pressing machine, but there are some problems existing in the common use pneumatic system, such as low velocity in signal transformation and unstable processing et al. Taking into account these, a new system with Pneumohydraulic CAD System is developed. By using the Pneumohydraulic system and Pro/TOOLKIT interface program, a semi-automatic pressing program is established. Moreover the running performance of the hydraulic system also is discussed and evaluated. The result shows that comparing with pneumatic pressing system, can meet the specific demands of designing Pneumohydraulic system and its dynamic performance is in good situation.
