摘要
提出一种基于继电反馈辨识的预测自整定PID控制算法。利用预测技术克服时滞,利用SOPDT模型来辨识控制对象。对白泥回转窑工业过程的大时滞被控过程仿真表明,该算法鲁棒性强,响应速度块,抗干扰能力强,可构成较实用的工程控制器。
An algorithm of predicting self-resetting PID controller based on relay feedback identification is presented. The algorithm is adopted predicting technique to overcome time-retard, SOPDT to identify the controlling objects. The simulation of time-retard controlled process in the lime mud rotary kiln shows that the controller has enhanced reponse speed and robustness. It is an effective engineering controller in practice with high anti-interference capacity
