在工业生产的很多行业中,都需要进行精确的张力控制,保持张力的恒定,以提高产品质量。在传统的张力控制中,收卷与放卷设备经常需要维护,且维护费用高,给企业带来了很多的不便,因此采用张力控制的变频控制系统将逐步取代传统的张力控制。通过研究张力控制变频系统的工作原理,引入张力专用变频器,可以很好解决收卷的各种问题。文中以超级压光机为例,进行了阐述。

So the use of variable frequency control of the tension control system will gradually replace the traditional tension control. According to the inverter principle of the tension control, the introduction of a special tension inverter can solve the problems existed in the reeling equipment such as in the super-calender.
