摘要
根据液压转位机械手的动作循环,确定电磁铁动作顺序表,分析控制要求,用某公司生产的C20P主机来控制电磁铁的自动通断,并就I/O端口分配PLC输入输出接线及PLC程序等进行设计。用PLC改造转位机械手的电气控制,可以节省硬件成本、降低故障率、提高自动化程度,达到节能增效的目的。
According to the motion circulation of hydraulic dislocation manipulator, we can confirm the electromagnet motion order, analyse the control requirement, apply the C20P mainframe produced by OMRON to control the automatic connection and breaking of electromagnet and design the I/O port distribution, PLC output and input connection and PLC program, etc. Applying PLC to change the electric-contolling way of electromagnet can save the cost of hardwares, reduce the rate of malfaction and improve automatic degree so as to reach the aim of energy saving and higher efficiency.
