摘要
电磁力装置是模态试验悬挂系统的关键部件之一,该结构设计的优良不仅直接关系到后续控制系统的设计难度,还影响系统的性能。为此,文章在电磁力装置分析的基础上,应用ANSYS对磁场进行仿真分析,得出模态测试系统电磁力装置的磁力线、磁感应强度的分布情况,并据此分析得到电磁力装置磁场分布的特点,其结果为优化电磁力装置的结构提供理论依据。
Electromagnetic force device is one of the key components of the modal testing suspension system, the design of this structure not only has a direct influence on the following difficulty of control system design, but also affect the performance of the system. Therefore on the basis of the electromagnetic force device analysis, to simulate the magnetic field analysis with ANSYS, get the magnetic line of electromagnetic force device, the distribution of magnetic induction, and educe the characteristic of electromagnetic force device' s magnetic field distribution. Its result provided a theoretical basis for optimization the structure of the electromagnetic force device.
