摘要
对家用电冰箱门体发泡自动化生产线中关键设备之一的升降台进行改进设计,采用液压系统为驱动力,以独立模具小车在生产线轨道上的循环运动来实现冰箱门体发泡的自动化生产。在理论分析后借助仿真软件FulidSIM-H进行液压回路仿真,达到合理的动作效果。该升降台应用到生产线中,取得了良好效果。
A new hydraulic lift stage on refrigerator door foaming machine has been designed. Hydraulic system had been chosen as a driving force in the hydraulic lift stage, which was one of key technologies, to improve deficiency existed equipment, such as the poor adaptability of products and low efficiency. Independent mold car was on the track of the cycle of movement in the line to achieve the refrigerator door foam-automated production. The software of FulidSIM-H was used to simulate the hydraulic system after theoretical analysis to achieve. Reasonable results. Hydraulic lift stage had been used in Production Line and got a good effect.
