焙烧温度对尖晶石型Co_(0.7)Ce-(0.3)Co_2O_4催化剂性能的影响 被引量:2

Effect of the Calcination Temperature on Catalytic Performances of Spinel Type Co_(0.7)Ce_(0.3)Co_2O_4 Catalysts

摘要 采用共沉淀法制备了钴系尖晶石型Co0.7Ce0.3Co2O4复合氧化物,考察了焙烧温度对Co0.7Ce0.3Co2O4催化剂甲烷催化燃烧性能的影响,并运用XRD、TG-DTA、BET、FT-IR及H2-TPR等技术对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,不同温度下焙烧的Co0.7Ce0.3Co2O4复合氧化物均具有尖晶石结构,其中以400℃焙烧制得的Co0.7Ce0.3Co2O4催化剂的比表面积、孔容和晶格畸变率较大、粒径较小以及反应活化能较低。 Co0.7Ce0.3Co2O4 mixed oxides were prepared by co -precipitation method and calcined at 400 ℃ ,500 ℃ and 600 ℃, respectively. The influence of the calcination temperature on the performance of Co0.7Ce0.3Co2O4 mixed oxides for methane combustion reaction was studied. The prepared samples were characterized by XRD, TG - DTA, BET,FT -IR and H2 -TPR techniques. The results displayed that all catalysts calcined at different temperature had spinel - type structure,Co0.7Ce0.3Co2O4 calcined at 400 ℃ had larger BET surface area, pore volume and the lattice distortion, crystal size was smaller and apparent activation energy of catalytic combustion reaction of methane was lower, all these were advantageous to the catalyst active enhancement.
