摘要
合成了多壁碳纳米管/纳米金/羧基二茂铁(MWNTs/Au NPs/FMC)纳米复合材料,以壳聚糖(CS)为固定基质,制备了新型葡萄糖生物传感器。采用电化学方法对其性能进行了研究。结果表明,该传感器具有灵敏度高、响应快、性能稳定等特点,对葡萄糖响应的线性范围为0.01~2.5 mmol.L-1,检出限为3.6μmol.L-1。米氏常数为1.21 mmol.L-1,表明该方法很好地保持了固定化的酶的生物活性。
A novel amperometric biosensor for glucose was developed by entrapping glucose oxidase (GOD) in a chitosan composite doped with ferrocene monocarboxylic acid - aminated gold nanoparticles/muhiwall carbon nanotubes nanocomposite (MWNTs/Au NPs/FMC/GOD/CS). The entrapped ferrocene mediator performed excellent redox electrochemistry and the presence of MWNTs/Au NPs improved the conductivity of the composite film. This matrix showed a biocompatible mieroenvironment for retaining the native activity of the entrapped GOD and was in favor of the accessibility of substrate to the active site of GOD, thus the affinity to substrates was improved greatly. The resulting glucose biosensor showed high sensitivity, long - term operational stability, fast response time. The line range of the biosensor was from 0.01 to 2.5 m mol · L-1 with a detection limit of 3.6 μmol· L-1 (S/N =3). The apparent Michaelis -Menten constant (Km) for the biosensor was 1.21 m mol · L-1.
