口腔粘膜良恶性病变Ag-NORs形态观察和定量研究

Morphological Observation and Quantitative Study of Ag NORs in Mucosal Benign and Malignant Lesions

应用细胞核仁组成区嗜银蛋白（ＡｇＮＯＲｓ）染色技术，对８２例口腔粘膜良恶性病变进行研究。结果表明，口腔粘膜恶性病变ＡｇＮＯＲｓ团块形态不规则，分布离散；ＡｇＮＯＲｓ计数明显高于正常口腔粘膜和良性病变组，但不同组织类型和分级的恶性病变ＡｇＮＯＲｓ计数无显著差异，与其生物学行为相一致。由此可见，ＡｇＮＯＲｓ形态观察和定量研究有助于口腔粘膜良恶性病变的鉴别和癌前病变的早期诊断。

Using Ag NORs staining technique, 82 oral mucosal benign and malignant lesions were researched. The results showed that the shapes of Ag NORs blocks were irregular and its positions were dispersed, Ag NORs numbers in oral mucosal malignant lesions were obviously increased, but there were no significant difference between the different kind and grade of malignant lesions. A significant difference was found between the numbers of Ag NORs in the different histologic types of leukoplakia. There was a significant parallel relationship between Ag NORs number and the biological behaviour in leukoplakia. Morphological observation and quantitative study was of important value in the diagnosis of oral mucosal benign and malignant lesions, but was of no value in distinguishing between the different kind and grade of malignant lesions.
