南京城市开发区群对南京城市发展的影响分析

南京的各类开发区经过约20年的发展,在空间布局上已由原来的散点布局演变为与城市具有密切经济社会联系的城市开发区群。将南京市省级以上开发区视为南京城市开发区群,从经济发展水平与经济结构水平、经济发展潜力、经济发展活力和宏观经济效益4个方面分析了南京城市开发区群的综合经济效益及其对南京经济发展的贡献。从产业空间、城市化率、城市空间等方面分析了南京城市开发区群对南京城市空间布局的影响和作用。在此分析基础上,认为南京城市开发区群对南京市的经济发展、社会发展和空间发展有着显著的贡献和影响。

The layout of different development zones in Nanjing had changed from the former dispersive layout into the current development zone cluster which has very close connection with the social economy after 20 years＇ developing. The article takes the development zones above provincial level as the cluster of development zones, makes an analysis of the complex economic benefit and the contribution to the economy of Nanjing from the economic development and structure, the potential economic development, the energy of economic development and the effectiveness of macro economy. And it makes an analysis of the effectiveness and function of the cluster to the layout of Nanjing city from the industrial space, urbanization ratio, urban space and etc. Based on the analysis, the article thinks that the cluster makes a very distinct contribution and effectiveness to the economic development, social development and space development of Nanjing city.
