在分析以棕刚玉(A)代替微晶刚玉(MA)可行性的基础上,采用棕刚玉和单晶刚玉(SA)为主要原料研制SA/A系列陶瓷砂轮。介绍了SA/A系列陶瓷砂轮的工艺流程、配方、烧结工艺。经过轴承生产应用证明,SA/A系列陶瓷砂轮的磨削性能与SA/MA砂轮相当。

The SA/A series ceramic grinding wheels are developed by replacing minicrystal alumina （MA） with brown alumina. The following items are introduced for the grinding wheel, such as process flow, ingredient, sintering. For one - year＇ s application in bearing grinding process, it has yieled highly desirable results.
