摘要
螺旋槽动压滑动轴承随着工作温度的升高,润滑油的黏度和轴承间隙显著减小。应用非线性膨胀理论精确计算轴承间隙,结果显示,轴承间隙的变化是影响硬盘驱动器主轴轴承动态特性的重要因素。
the temperature of the fluid film rises significantly as the frictional heat in herringbone grooved journal bearings, thereby the viscosity of the fluid and the clearance of hydrodynamic bearings decrease. In this article, the thermal expansion of the sleeve's inner radius was determined by LUO Zai's method. It shows that the variation of clearance is an important design consideration which affects the dynamic characteristics of the hydrodynamic bearing of a HDD spindle motor.
