CONSTITUTION OF THE CORE PROCESS SYSTEM FOR MODERN HOSPITAL BASED ON HOSPITAL EXECUTION CULTURE

目的构建一套基于执行力文化下的现代医院核心流程体系。方法引入商业流程的理论和方法,详细剖析了现代医院的三个核心流程,并细化分析每个流程的关键环节。结果成功构建了一套基于执行力文化下的现代医院核心流程框架。结论执行力文化是现代医院管理的价值原动力,打造执行力文化势在必行;只有在医院核心流程中抓住关键点,打造强有力的执行力文化,医院才可能在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地。

Objective To constitute a set of core process system based on hospital execution culture for the modern hospital. Methods Theory and method of commercial flow was introduced, three core processes of modern hospital and the key links among each process were carefully analyzed. Results A framework of the core processes for modern hospital based on hospital execution culture was successfully constructed. Conclusion Execution culture is the valuable driving power of modern hospital management, and building execution culture is imperative. Only by seizing the key points of the hospital core processes and building powerful execution culture, can the modern hospital remain unbeaten in the competition.
