自控式CO_2发生装置的研制

摘要 针对煤矿火灾事故多发的情况,研制了用于煤矿井下灭火的自控式CO2发生装置。介绍了该装置的结构与原理,软件设计流程,技术指标与特点,以及使用前的准备工作。该装置使用PLC控制器对电动阀和浓硫酸泵进行自动控制,弥补了已有的CO2控制器全手动控制的不足。化学反应过程由PLC程序控制,可根据反应罐内气体的实时压力决定反应的速度,进一步保障装置的安全性。在使用过程中,通过操作控制器,可在安全距离外简单、方便、快捷地对仪器进行操作,准确地控制CO2的发生过程,产生的CO2气体纯度高、流量大,并具有足够的压力,可直接喷向需灭火物体,进行快速灭火。 To counter the frequent occurrence of fire accidents in coal mines,an autocontrolled carbon dioxide reactor for mine fire extinction was developed.This paper gives a description of the structure and principle of this reactor,the design flow of the software, specifications and features,and the preparation work before its use.PLC is used in this reactor to automatically control the electric valves and the concentrated sulphuric acid pump,which counteracted the weakness of full manual control of the exsisting CO2 controllor and made the operation easier and safer.The process of chemical reaction is controlled by PLC program,the reaction speed can be determined according to the real-time pressure of gas in the reaction vessel, and this can further guaranttee the safety of the reactor.In the course of use,the instruments can be operated simply,easily and fastly by the contrllor in a safe range,this can acurately control the reaction process of CO2 reactor.The CO2 reactor can produce large quantity of pure carbon dioxide,and has sufficient pressure to directly spurt CO2 to the object on fire and quickly extinguish the fire.
