国产可膨胀型三件套阴茎支撑体植入治疗勃起功能障碍10例

Outcome of implanting domestically-made penile prosthesis for treating erectile dysfunction(experience with 10 cases)

目的探讨国产可膨胀型三件套阴茎支撑体治疗勃起功能障碍(ED)的疗效、安全性及可靠性。方法使用国产可膨胀型三件套阴茎支撑体植入治疗10例重度ED患者,其中血管性ED 2例,神经性ED 2例,混合性ED 6例,术后随访观察。结果10例患者手术过程顺利,术后随访2～45个月。未见感染、侵蚀及机械性并发症,总有效率为100%。结论国产可膨胀型阴茎支撑体植入治疗难治性ED疗效确切,安全、可靠。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of three - piece domestically - made inflatable penile prosthesis （IPP） implantation on treating patients with organic erectile dysfunction （ED）. Methods Domestically - made three - piece IPPs were implanted in 10 Chinese patients with ED refractory to first and second line treatment between May 2005 and January 2009. The etiologies of ED were neurogenic （2 cases）, cavernosal factor （venogenic）（2 cases）, or mixed type（6 case）. The follow - up period ranged from 2 to 45 months. Results Implantation procedures were successfully performed upon all 10 patients. No infection or mechanical complications occurred. Coitus could be performed in 9 cases except 1 has no sexual partner. One patients made his spouses pregnant after implantation. Conclusion Implantation of domestically - made three -piece IPP is an effective and safe treatment for ED,although long- term follow up is still needed.
