P-选择素在基因敲除小鼠移植瘤中的作用研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨P-选择素与肿瘤生长的关系。方法将体外培养的B16黑色素细胞株分别接种于P-选择素敲除的小鼠和C57/BL小鼠的皮下,建立移植瘤模型,从第9天开始计算移植瘤的体积;第21天断颈处死小鼠,切取移植瘤称重。通过检测Brdu来测定肿瘤细胞的增殖指数。结果P-选择素敲除小鼠肿瘤体积增长相对缓慢,C57/BL小鼠肿瘤体积增长明显。实验组BrdU标记的阳性细胞数明显的高于对照组。结论P-选择素缺失可以通过抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖而明显地抑制肿瘤生长。
