血液透析患者体内肝素-血小板因子4抗体的检测及其临床意义 被引量：2

摘要 目的检测89例维持血液透析的患者体内IgG型抗肝素-血小板因子4(H-PF4)抗体发生率,并探讨该抗体的作用。方法取血液透析患者透析前的血清,应用酶联免疫吸附法检测IgG型抗H-PF4抗体。结果8例(8.9%)患者IgG型抗H-PF4抗体阳性,其中3例发生血栓性并发症,抗体阳性组中动静脉血栓性并发症的发生率明显高于抗体阴性组(3/8vs8/81,P<0.05)。结论IgG型抗H-PF4抗体可能是血液透析患者发生血栓性并发症的危险因素。
