胃癌Egr-1基因表达水平与临床病理的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究胃癌组织中Egr-1基因表达水平与临床病理的关系。方法采用RT-PCR法检测胃癌、正常切缘胃组织中Egr-1 mRNA的表达水平。免疫组化法检测胃癌组织、正常切缘胃组织中Egr-1 mRNA相应蛋白表达水平。病理检查确定胃癌组织病理类型、分化程度及淋巴结转移情况。结果胃癌组织中Egr-1 mRNA及Egr-1蛋白表达水平明高于正常胃组织(P<0.01);低分化胃癌中表达水平高于高分化胃癌(P<0.01);有淋巴结转移组表达水平高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.01)。结论Egr-1基因表达与胃癌发生发展及转移发生机制密切相关,对胃癌预后判定有重要意义。
