我国政府公共财政投入的消费效应分析

An Analysis of the Effect of Public Finance Input on Consumption

笔者采用我国实际数据,通过协整分析和Granger因果检验,证明公共财政投入不足是我国居民消费水平过低的重要原因。今后只有在努力提高居民收入、降低利率、缩小城乡收入差距的同时,加大政府对居民公共财政投入的力度,将以前的投资型财政转变为消费型财政,才能有效提高我国居民的消费水平,从而使经济步入依靠消费拉动的均衡增长路径,提高我国经济增长的高安性。

The author adopts the actual data of our country and proves vir co - integration analysis and Granger causality test that the scarcity of public finance input is the important reason for the Excessively low consumption level of residents in our country. Later the government should try to improve the income level of residents, lower interest rates and narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas, and in the meantime increase the public finance input , turn the previous investment finance into consumption finance in order to improve the consumption level of the residents of our country, drive the growth of economy into the equilibrium path depending on consumption and strengthen the security of economic growth.
