摘要
从产业组织理论的视角,可将文化产业的形成按照文化商业化、文化企业化和文化产业化三个阶段进行具体分析。在整个产业形成过程中,社会分工和产权界定及产权保护制度的不断完善是推动文化产业化的关键力量,市场和政府之间资源和权力的配置和再配置也促进了文化产业化。
From the aspect of the theory of industrial organization, the author divides the formation process of cultural industry into the three stages of culture commercialization, culture enterprise and culture industrialization. In the entire process of industry formation, social division of labor, property right definition and the constant perfection of property right protection system are the three key factors to boost the culture industrialization, and the distribution and redistribution of resources and power between market and government also promote the culture industrialization.
