论城市可持续发展与传统工业园区的转型

On the Sustainable Development of Cities and the Transformation of Traditional Industrial Zones

城市可持续发展是经济、社会与生态的和谐统一。工业园区的发展与模式对城市资源、环境、经济与社会有着极大的影响。相比于传统工业园区,生态工业园区是发展循环经济与实现城市可持续发展的现实途径。本文在城市可持续发展的框架下,深入分析传统工业园区的生态缺失及其后果,进一步提出推进生态工业园区发展的对策。

Sustainable development of cities is the harmonization and unification of economy, society and ecology. The development and mode of industrial zones have great influence on urban resources, environment, economy and society. Compared with traditional industrial zones, ecological industrial zones are the practical way of developing circular economy and achieving sustainable development of cities. In the framework of sustainable development of cities, the author analyses deeply the ecological loss of traditional industrial zones and its consequences, and puts forward the countermeasures for promoting the development of ecological industrial zones.
