摘要 目的:建立麻杏止咳糖浆中盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以C18色谱柱为分离柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸、0.1%三乙胺溶液(4:96)为流动相,210nm为检测波长,柱温为室温。结果:盐酸麻黄碱在(10.0~60.0)μg/ml范围内,峰面积与其浓度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9994),平均回收率为96.5%,RSD为0.46%(n=5)。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为该制剂含量测定方法。 Aim to set up determination the contents of Ephedrine hydrochloride in Maxing Cough Syrups.METHODS: HPLC method was used. Chromatographic condition included C ts (4.6mm×250mm, 5mm) and the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid and 0.1% triethylamine solution (4:96) ,with a detection wavelength of 210nm and the temperature to room temperature.RESULT: The calibration curves were linear in the range of 10.0-60.0 μg for Ephedrine hydrochloride,r=0.9994,average recovery of Ephedrine hydrochloride was 96.5%,RSD was 0.46% (n=5) .CONCLUSIONS: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used as the determination of the preparations.
