Studies on Quality Control Standards of Huashe Antipruritic Tablets by TLC

目的:完善花蛇解痒片的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法分别鉴别花蛇解痒片中的牡丹皮、赤芍。结果:各供试品色谱中,在与对照品及对照药材色谱相应的位置上显相同颜色的斑点,色谱清晰,附近无杂质斑点干扰。结论:本方法专属性强,可更好地控制制剂质量。

Consummate the quality control standards of Huashe Antipruritic Tablets METHODS： Cortex Moutan, Radix Paeoniae Rubra were identified qualitatively by TLC methods. RESULTS： The TLC figures of two herbs were distinct, reproducible and noninterference. CONCLUSION： The quality of Huashe Antipruritic Tablets was effectively controlled by these quality standards.
