摘要
采用文献法,结合实地调查的经验,认为当前农村体育发展存在不少障碍,但主要问题不在于物质条件,而在于社会体育人力资源的稀缺,具体表现就是农村社会体育指导的管理缺位、组织缺位、技术缺位等三个方面,导致农村体育开展得不尽如人意。从精英引导需要、组织建设需要、文化传承需要三方面进行分析,提出培育和建立社会体育指导员体系,构建具有农村特色的社会体育指导员标准和保障激励制度。
The paper, by way of the literature method and combined with the experience of the field study, reveals that the current rural sports is not very good development, and the main problem does not lie in material conditions, but the social sports instructors scarcity. The obvious manifestation of rural sports shows the absence about the management of sports, the organization and the technology. This article analyzed its significance for the needs of the elite influence, the needs of organization- building, the needs of cultural heritage and then put forward to foster and establish a social sports instructors responses.
