摘要
目的:探寻蕨麻多糖对大强度耐力训练大鼠免疫系统的保护作用及对运动能力的影响,为运动补剂的开发提供新思路。方法:建立6周大强度耐力训练模型,测试大鼠力竭即刻及恢复24小时后脾、胸腺SOD,CAT,GSH-Px,MDA,及T淋巴细胞亚群变化。结果:力竭运动使大鼠免疫系统受到破坏,运动能力下降,灌服蕨麻多糖组大鼠力竭即刻及恢复24小时后,脾脏、胸腺SOD,CAT等抗氧化酶活性及CD3+,CD4+百分比,CD4+/CD8+均高于其对照组,其中对力竭后恢复的作用效果明显(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:蕨麻多糖能增加免疫器官抗氧化酶活性,减轻力竭训练引起的免疫器官脂质过氧化损伤,改善各种因素造成的运动性免疫机能低下,对提高运动能力,延缓疲劳的发生,加速运动后恢复,有良好的促进作用。
Objective : It made a study of the protective effect of Potentillaanserinel Polysaccharide (PAP) on immune system, and the protective effect in the endurance - trained rat, in order to provide new ideas for development of sports supplements. Methods: It set up intensity endurance training exercise fatigute modles, tests SOD, MDA, GSH - Pxof spleen and thymus, T - lymphocyte subsets CD^3 + , CD^4+ , CD^4+/CD^8+ . Results : Exhaustive exercise damages the immune system of rats, reduce exercise capacity. Antioxidant enzymes activity such as SOD, CAT and CD^3+ %, CD^4+ %, CD^4+/CD^8+of the rats which fed with PAP are higher than it' s control group. It shows significantly on recovery after exhauste (p 〈 0.05 or p 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion:Compared with the control group, PAP can increase the antioxidant activity, reduce lipid peroxidetion in immune organs caused by the exhaustive training, regulate lymphocyte function. PAP can increase immunity and improve exercise capacity and delay the occurrence of fatigue.
