体育教育专业男女大学生Wingate测试分析 被引量:8

摘要 为分析比较体育教育专业男女大学生无氧代谢能力的特征,对186名体育教育专业男女大学生进行30s Wingate测试,结果显示,体育教育专业男大学生的最大无氧功率、平均无氧功率显著高于女生,不同时段最大转速、平均功率趋势一致,均显著高于女生,最大转速出现时间男生早于女生,男生的疲劳指数显著高于女生,女生在10~30s各组的相对峰值显著高于男生:体育教育专业男生的无氧代谢能力显著大于女生,男生与女生比较,其无氧代谢能力表现为启动速度快,峰值功率高,但无氧功率的递减率快。 In order to compare the difference of anaerobic college students completed 30s Wingate Anaerobic Test on college students were higher than those of female; Peak capacity between male and female college students majoring PE, 186 ergometer. The msuh showed peak power and average power of male pedaling speed and average power in different time of male college students were significantly greater than those of female; The change tendency of peak pedaling speed and average power in different time were same in both male and female; The time of peak pedaling speed of male college students were earlier than those of female; The fatigue index of male college students were significantly higher than those of female; % of peak in 10 - 30s of female were significantly higher than those of male. The result concluded that the anaerobic metabolic capacity of male college students were better than that of female. Compared with that of female, the distinguishing features of anaerobic metabolism in male college students were rapid start, high peak power and sharp progressive decrease of anaerobic power.
