原发性肾病综合征患儿外周血单个核细胞白细胞介素6、Gp130 mRNA表达及其相互关系

Gene expression of IL 6, Gp130 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells and its relationship with idiopathic nephrotic syndrome in children

目的观察原发性肾病综合征患儿白细胞介素６（ＩＬ６）、Ｇｐ１３０ｍＲＮＡ表达及其相互关系。方法用细胞原位杂交技术检测了１１例活动期原发性肾病综合征患儿外周血单个核细胞ＩＬ６、Ｇｐ１３０ｍＲＮＡ表达。结果ＩＬ６、Ｇｐ１３０ｍＲＮＡ表达分别是２．９６±０．９９与１．３５±０．７４，正常对照组分别为０．０３１±０．０１９、０．０２２±０．０１３，两组差异均有显著意义（Ｐ均＜０．０５）；ＩＬ６与Ｇｐ１３０ｍＲＮＡ表达量呈正相关。结论原发性肾病综合征患儿ＩＬ６、Ｇｐ１３０ｍＲＮＡ表达存在异常，并可能参与了其分子发病机制过程。

Objective To observe the gene expression of IL 6, Gp130 genes in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) and their relationship with idiopathic nephrotic syndrome (INS) in children. Methods Cellular in situ hybridization was used to detect mRNA expression in PBMCs. Result The mRNA expressions of IL 6 and Gp130 in INS group were 2.96±0.99 and 1.35±0.74, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in control group ( P <0.01), and a positive correlation was found between the IL 6 mRNA and Gp130 mRNA expressions ( P <0.01). Conclusion The IL 6 and Gp130 gene expressions in PBMC from INS cases are abnormal, which suggests that IL 6 and Gp130 may be involved in the immune pathogenesis of INS.
