摘要 在碟式太阳能跟踪系统中,跟踪装置的设计和动力分析至关重要。设计了一种太阳能方位角—俯仰角双轴自动跟踪装置,并对跟踪装置进行动力学分析和步进电机的选型,设计传动系统,实现对太阳的主动跟踪。动力学分析包括方位转动平台和俯仰方向链传动的摩擦阻力矩,风阻力矩,坡阻力矩,转动惯性阻力矩等进行详细的分析计算,对太阳能跟踪系统的机构设计和动力分析具有很好的指导作用。实验证明,该跟踪装置可以达到较高的跟踪精度。 In the dish solar power tracking system,it's crucial for tracking device design and drive analysis. The thesis design a two axis of azimuth and pitching angle tracking system,analyze the drive of device ,select stepper motor,design transmission agent,realize the device always follow the sun position. The tracking device design and drive analysis possess practical directing for solar tracking system,the detailed drive analysis include frictional resistance moment,wind resistance moment,slope moment of resistance, rotary inertia moment of resistance etc. both of azimuth wheel platform and pitching heading chaindriven device. Experimental substantiate ,the sun tracking device has higher tracking precision.
