摘要 研究表明,裂解炉的开裂腐蚀剥落和热疲劳等各种损伤均与管壁渗碳有关。但对于渗碳引起的损伤程度大小,目前尚无令人满意的理论计算公式。针对此问题,将给出渗碳应力的推导过程及其计算公式,同时建立蠕变应力场的计算模型。 All kinds of the degradations ,such as the cracks ,the erosions ,the desquamations and the fatigues of cracking furnace ,are related to the carburization of furnace tube. However,as for the measure of degradations caused by carburization,people can't obtain the satisfied calculation formulas so far. Accord- ing to this problem,the educing process and the calculation formulas of the carburization stress are given, and the calculation model of the creep stress field is set.
