摘要
以两阶段生产系统为对象,针对产能允诺(Capable to Promise,CTP)模型在订单快速响应和全局优化等方面的不足,给出了基于CTP的分配订单允诺(Allocated Available to Promise,AATP)模型。为保证全局优化性,模型引入预测需求量,并在物料供给和生产资源等方面约束下,把将来的可用产能优化分配到预测需求量上。模型计算结果提供了可支持快速响应订单的AATP,并建立了能确保订单允诺可行的能力需求计划和物料需求计划。
To address the deficiencies of quick response and global optimality in the capable to promise( CTP )mode ,an allocated available to promise( AATP)model based on CTP is presented. To ensure that the plan is global optimal,the model introduces predictive demand and simultaneously take into ac- count the constraints,such as material supply constraint and resource constraint,to synchronize available resources with predictive demand. The model provides the AATP,as well as the capacity requirement plan and the material requirement plan to guarantee a reliable order promise.
