摘要
为解决NURBS插补方法在五轴数控应用中所面临的问题,在对五轴数控编程和NURBS插补方法的深入分析后,提出五轴数控编程中CLSF文件的NURBS插补方法和格式,并利用UG/GRIP二次开发语言予以生成,生成后的CLSF能大大地减小加工数据量。
In order to solve the problem of five-axis NC using NURBS interpolation method,it puts forward the NURBS interpolation method and pattern in the CLSF after analyzes five-axis NC program and NURBS interpolation method. It also creates the CLSF using UG/GRIP. The CLSF can reduce the process data greatly after created.
