摘要
由于弧齿锥齿轮在齿轮传动装置中应用很广泛,在很多的传动装置中占重要地位,人工设计模式存在很多缺陷和弊端。因此,提出了以计算机代替人工的思想。研究了弧齿锥齿轮设计模型的原理和方法,并阐述了基于SQLsever2000数据库并利用VC++6.0工具开发的锥齿轮系统的原理及方法。该系统可以很便捷地对锥齿轮设计;如材料查询、几何计算、强度校核、报表打印等一系列的功能。同时还简要介绍了锥齿轮系统的设计原则和主要功能,阐述了其应用效果。
Because spiral bevel gear applies in the device of gear transmission is very widespread, occupies the important position in many transmission devices,the man-made designs pattern has many shortcomings and abuse. So the idea of computer instead of the man-made is bringing forward. It researches principle and method of spiral bevel gear design model The design principle and method of developing spiral bevel gear design system based on SQLsever2000 and VC++6.0 are explained. This system may very conveniently to design spiral bevel gear. Like material inquiry,geometry computation,intensity examination,report form printing and so on a series of functions. Simultaneously also briefly introduced the arc cusp gear system's principle of design and the major function,elaborated its application effect.
