摘要
以三种内腔结构不同的静电陀螺仪Φ38mm球形空心铍转子为例,导出了它们的壁厚计算公式,根据薄壳理论解析计算了它们在工作状态下的离心变形,探讨了离心变形对转子圆球度的影响,解读了它们的结构特点,可作为合理选择转子内腔结构的参考。
Three kinds of lumen structure of Ф38mm spherical hollow Be rotors of electrostatic suspended gyroscope are introduced. It presents analytical expression of the wall's thick and analyzes three kinds of rotors' dynamic distortion with the method of analytics using thin shell theory. It discusses the effect of the spherical error after their dynamic distortion and unscrambles the characters of different structure of rotors, h become the reference being a reasonable choice to lumen sructure of rotor.
