摘要
以江铃陆风车系2801000fn型螺簧车架为例,对汽车车架结构进行了建模并确定了车架载荷及约束的处理条件,然后根据该模型采用ANSYS软件对车架在弯曲、扭转、紧急制动和急转弯等四种典型工况进行静态强度分析,从而得到了车架上较大应力的区域,为车架的设计、改进提供了依据。
It firstly takes coil spring frame of lufeng jianglin corp which type number is 2801000fn as a example to build a model of frame structure and decide disposable condition of frame load and constraint,then the article analyzes static intensity of frame with the established model in four typical work condition in which the frame is distinguishingly in bended,tarsional, emergency break and bootleg turn status.by the above analysis,the article thus work out the size of the area on frame where there is hard stress ,which affords reference for designing frame and amending frame design.
